As a manufacturing company we produce and sell products that we are proud of and that customers will contently use for years to come. We realise producing high quality products is not enough and we also would like to ensure all the processes are properly in place all the way to the final consumer. We have a no-hassle policy for all defective/ damaged products from our sales partners and dealers, which means we swiftly replace faulty/broken/damaged parts as deemed appropriate by our sales partner for a period of 2 years after sales. Our products are shipped unassembled in two hard-case boxes and a watertight zipper-bag that contains the cushions. This way we aim to minimise the damages during shipment to our partners. In the unlikely event of damaged packaging, we would kindly ask you not to accept such products and log the incident immediately with us and the shipping partner.
